Bill Taylor, Chief Brewer Lion Nathan

Bill Taylor has more than 25 years experience in the brewing industry.

In 1972, after completing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Brisbane, he joined Castlemaine Perkins. He now holds the position of Chief Brewer for the Lion Nathan Group, with responsibilities extending to our breweries in New Zealand, Australia and China.

Bill's experience spans the globe, having worked in breweries in the USA, the UK and Europe. In between globetrotting, he has still found time to complete post-graduate qualifications in Business Administration.

He discourages beer swilling, instead beckoning his fellow drinkers to take time to appreciate beer's fine qualities and characteristics - the flavour, colour, and the sight of a creamy head cascading down a frosty glass!

If you ask him what the best job in the world is, he'll tell you: "It would have to be mine!".
